Like always, the prompt availability and product support from Andy at CWC was second to none.
Some of my questions and concerns were were not answered straight away but instead communicated back to engineers and management at CWC and then shortly after answers given back to me. This way I feel I have the entire company assisting me while out in the field.

The way Andy Webster goes about supporting us over the phone makes us feel he is standing right next to us at the install.

Had difficulties with a chlorine non return dispensing valve. Rang and ordered the parts and a backup dispensing pump. They discussed courier problems re sending to my Covid19 locked up place and said that normally they cannot send by my preferred Australia Post.
