IMPORTANT: Please read following steps and then submit form at bottom

1. Power down controller
2. Install Modem
3. Power up controller
4. If controller is not a Centurio touchscreen controller, go to service menu and note 6-digit number next to "Modem:"
5. If controller is a Centurio touchscreen controller, the Modem number is the controller serial number
6. In Communication/GPRS menu enter APN as telstra.m2m - then exit & save
7. Wait until connection symbol ⇆ is displayed (top LHS)
8. Please submit form below and then call CWC Tech support (1800 137 954) to complete online setup.
