CWC's Cooling Tower Dosing Systems provide complete monitoring and control solutions for effective cooling water treatment. Built around the advanced EMEC CENTURIO TOWER and DIGICHEM Plus+ controllers, these systems manage conductivity, pH, ORP, free chlorine and bromine while automating bleed control, inhibitor dosing and biocide dosing. Integrated water meter inputs and remote connectivity via 4G, Wi-Fi or Ethernet provide reliable system monitoring from virtually anywhere.

 Each system incorporates purpose-designed bleed and dosing manifolds. Optional corrosion monitoring and water treatment verification features include EMEC ECORR corrosion rate sensors, PTSA tracer monitoring and ASTM D2688-compliant corrosion coupon racks, delivering comprehensive control and performance monitoring in a single solution.
