1. If there is an existing modem, please make note of Serial Number on side of modem.
2. Note: if no modem, enter N/A in 'Modem Serial Number' field below.
3. If replacing the lid (top part of enclosure) or controller, ensure gasket/seal is correctly in place and no wires are trapped between lid & base
4. Power up controller
5. Please do not change any setting on the controller or the online portal before confirming with CWC
6. Please submit form below and then call CWC Tech support (1800 137 954) to complete online setup.
