Fair Use Policy

Fair Use Policy v1.6

This policy applies to the usage of data connections and SMS from units connected to ERMES or DIGICHEM Plus Webservers.

• CWC reserves the right to vary the terms of the Fair Use Policy from time to time.
• CWC may rely on this policy if your usage of data connections & SMS is unreasonable.
• Unreasonable use is considered as excessive data connections and/or excessive SMS’s being sent from a unit.

 

If you are in breach of the Fair Use Policy, CWC may contact you to discuss changing your usage.

If after CWC has contacted you, your unreasonable use continues, CWC reserves the right to (a) limit your use and/or (b) invoice you for reasonable additional charges
